How long does the transition from my previous pharmacy take?

Most transitions are completed within 48 business hours. Your dedicated Advocate handles all communication with your previous clinical provider, doctor, and insurance.

Do I have to do any paperwork for insurance co-pay assistance?

No. Our Patient Advocacy team evaluates your eligibility for national foundations and co-pay assistance funds, and completes the application pipeline on your behalf.

Is the weekly home nursing service free?

Home nursing is coordinated alongside your prescription authorization. We verify complete coverage parameters before your first sterile therapy shipment.
