Who is AvevoRx?

AvevoRx is approved to provide all four FDA-approved Alpha-1 therapies: Glassia®, Aralast NP®, Zemaira®, and Prolastin-C®. Every advocate on our team works exclusively with Alpha-1 patients, so referrals move faster and land with someone who already knows the disease.

How to refer a patient

Submit the short form at the bottom of this page. A clinical liaison will contact your office to complete the referral through a secure channel, like fax. From there, AvevoRx handles insurance and approvals, and your patient is assigned a dedicated Advocate with their first infusion scheduled.

To make the referral quick once we connect: the patient's insurance information, a copy of the prescription or clinical order, and your office's best contact for follow-up. None of this goes on our website; we collect it securely once we're in touch.

Prior authorization, handled

Our team manages prior authorization end-to-end, including documentation, payer follow-up, and appeals, so your staff isn't stuck on hold on your patients' behalf.
